Caprice Holdings, established in 1981, operates some of London’s best known restaurants.

The company is owned by Richard Caring and is operated by CEO, Des McDonald.

The Group also includes Urban Caprice and will soon be opening The Club at The Ivy, a private members’ club and the J Sheekey Oyster Bar.
