David O'Brien
David O’Brien is Operations Director for Caprice Holdings franchise businesses in the Middle East and north Africa region. Since joining the group David has overseen the opening of the first Caprice Holdings restaurant in the Middle East, Rivington Grill, situated in the Souk Al Bahar, Old Town Burj, Dubai.
With over twenty years' experience in the international restaurant industry working in America and France, David has more recently held senior positions with and opened a number of restaurants for leading British chefs such as Gary Rhodes, Richard Corrigan and Chris Galvin. David previously worked for Jumeirah International managing the food and beverage operations of the Souk Madinat Jumeirah.
With a love of British cuisine and hospitality being central to all we do in the region David is supported by a Caprice Holdings Executive team whose directive is to develop and maintain the Caprice business in the region.
